Your content: the flows, sequences, reflections, and notes you create in the app.
Billing information: if you subscribe to Pro, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and stores your payment details. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Usage & device data: basic technical information (such as browser type and general activity) needed to operate and secure the Service.
To provide and sync the Service across your devices, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, keep the Service secure, and improve it. AI cueing features send the specific text you submit to our AI provider to generate a response; that content is used to produce your result and is not used to train public models by us.
We share limited data only with providers that help us run the Service: Supabase (secure database, authentication, and hosting of your content), Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic (AI cueing features), and Cloudflare (website hosting and security). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
We keep your account and content until you delete them or close your account. You can request deletion of your account and associated data anytime by emailing us.
You can access and edit your content in the app, cancel your subscription at any time, and request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.
